The Basic-s is a blending of the Linker IIs and the original “Basic” controller with refreshed audio paths and simplified radio interfacing options, including moving to the standardized DB-9 pinout.
The processor chip is the same as the Linker IIa/Linker IIs so configurations will remain familiar to existing Linker IIa users.
In late 2024 the original “Basic” will be obsoleted, we recommend migrating to the “Basic-s” with all current needs for long term support.
